This program has income and area restriction. 

Likewise, your new lease may, or may not, be permitted to restrict rights currently afforded the tenants under the default ("at will") lease provided in the tenancy law.

I am in process of a 44 unit age restricted facility in the Winnipesaukee area of NH.

So, while my research did not find any rental restrictions for STRs I did not discover that they couldn't give me a business license (before we bought the house.)After talking with the City Planner about the situation he told me I could go through the same process that a hotel or B&B does (approval process for Certificate of Conditional Use) but it basically comes down to a City Council meeting which is a public hearing.We discussed the fact that there already were people operating STRs in the city (and obviously not paying taxes to the city since they would not have a business license). 

That's no guarantee that a great deal exists on the MLS in your geo *today* but you'll start to figure out pretty quick what seems oddly low priced/high priced for an area.

When you get new orders to a new duty station you can do it again (But you can only do it twice and there are restrictions).  

Any suggestions on how I can finance a deal that is under these kinds of restrictions??

I'm researching some pre-foreclosure properties in central Indiana and found something odd regarding a Quitclaim.

They may have restrictions in terms of age and size.
