This is what I'm currently doing and its a nice way to ease into being a landlord.

.: She is trying to hold you hostage, hoping you will let her go without penalty.I would give her a written notice that she is responsible for rent until a new tenant takes over or her lease ends, and she must maintain the home and prevent any damage.

I have been a passive remote landlord throughout the time, thanks to my agent and nice tenants over there.We have almost enough cash to pay off the remaining balances of the mortgages but obviously we want to use it in a different way.

Worth recently that had a nice ADU and a couple of decent rent by the room type house hacks. 

LolCR is a little sleepier than I'm used to, but I like that it's pretty much stable, folks are nice, and it has diversification in industry.

Hi Stephen,Sorry for your troubles but it seems like the provider came through in the end which is nice to see.And promising to cover rent for the delays caused shows character also.Being a turnkey provider myself since 2014, I can attest to that unfortunately many things sometimes aren't in our control.Especially when it comes to the citiy, contractors and pulling permits, etc...Our traditional promise is that the property will take 90 days to rehab and tenant.Have we gone over 90 days?
