We're operating commercial businesses in residential neighborhoods with residential regulations and residential loan products because legislators have been slow to adjust to the fact that Airbnb isn't just people letting someone crash on their couch anymore. 

Then you have to take that first step of turning off the TV and getting off of the couch and get your feet wet with your first investment.

Further, if it is a severe infestation, it is likely the mattresses or couches will have to be thrown out. 

I loved seeing the picture of a couch. 

Are pugs well behaved (they said it's old, blind and just lays on the couch).

Claiming everyone is a bum is really a tactic used to avoid personal reflection, or used as a way of couching "Yeah, I made some mistakes, BUT this guy...". 

If someone is serious, which is a call I make over the phone or email, I'll suggest they apply, and couch it as "we don't have a deal without an app and deposit, so if someone shows up first you are SOL".  

The couches are crap and super low to the ground.

Virtually every state has the same laws.. you cannot sell a property you don't own and you can't skirt the laws by couching it as contract law etc etc.
