Just ran across a great app for my Droid called Lookout. It will:

1. LOCATE: Activate my gps and locate my phone within meters on a google map from an internet connected PC

2. SCREAM: Turn on a loud and flashing...

In our case, "Fat A$$" (as our evicted tenant has become affectionately known as) probably got coached by somebody because he finally answered his summons on the last day of the deadline forcing the case to court, another 2 week delay.

Or you can find the most objectionable use allowed for the land (cell phone tower, billboard, used car lot) and do that until the neighbors pressure city hall to give you a permit for what you really want.

These "fat cats" will pick up and emigrate to Australia and New Zealand.How it ends will be anyone's guess.

I'm not sure how much "cell time" a judge will give violators but it allows victims to sue for "treble damages", which means $90/day damages for a $30/day room.i'll hide the eviction language in the rental agreement (that they won't get a copy of).

I'll feel better about all this when those of us who have been making payments, regardless of the value of our house, and who are not underwater get a nice big fat check, too.Think about it.

I just don't like my personal number floating everywhere, so I use a Grasshopper-generated local number to receive and my cell for outgoing, but same concept.
