So I look poorly at those that make up data to drive their argument.

On the first house, if it was all the way down to studs then you can do a lot of inspection & examination. 

Just drive around and notice how many cranes are up.

Saves me 25 minutes of driving each way to work for a total of 50 minutes/day.

We could do drive up on the 3 acres and the risk reward would be very good. 

Chicago real estate is moving quickly and it's honestly no surprise rents are too...with less inventory for sale that also means more people are forced to rent, which in my opinion would drive up the rent.  

What I have seen is that they wait toooooo long for a these clients in order to make a better income and almost drive the business into the ground.
