That is why I suggest a side escrow for the balance and only expose what is needed for contract escrow better to only have to inter plead 20% than 100%.I do agree and endorse the larger contract escrow offer of 10% or 20% to show your serious.

I spoke to my agent about it as I operated thru an LLC, and she explained my policy covers the LLC, and an endorsement also covers me.He was sued for $2,000,000 and the lawsuit lasted a while.
