Quiet Title Action Attorney in Winter Haven FL (Orlando, FL area)
Hi All,
Does anybody know a good real estate attorney that can do quiet title action. I got a SFR through a tax deed sale, fixed it up and rented it out but I don't have a title. I now have a good equity in a house and want to refi to cash out for another property.
Does anybody know what the process look like?
Can you do it yourself or you really need an attorney?
Average time to get this done?
Are there are any guarantees that i will get a title?
I heard about an option of waiting 4 years after sale and you can apply for a title. Is this true?
How much does it cost to do a quiet title action? (I found couple of attorneys but they don't clearly say how much it will be, they just say something like "give us $2000 as retainer and we will start the process, we don't know exactly how much time it will take and how much total it will be... Depends on complexity, parties involved...."
Anybody who can advise about all of this - i would appreciate the help.
If you have a reliable attorney - please let me know as well.
Thank you.

I am a very investor friendly title company and work with a lot of clients that need to go through the quiet title process. I know you are not in Florida like I am but if anyone that is reading this thread that is and needs to go through this process please check out cleartosell.com Its a very quick process and any Old Republic Title agent can close and insure the property for you. If you have any other questions please let me know.
