Many contracts (especially those used by wholesalers) limit the seller's relief to a forfeiture of the deposit... and here a deposit was never collected.

The temporary buy down programs would generally be where I'm leaning towards at this point in time as it will provide that payment relief until the rates stabilize in a better position for refinancing into.The only time I'd say differently is if you had a borrower with tight ratios for qualification purposes.

Understood, I need to understand exactly what they collect so I'm not caught by surprise.So, if only AirBnb collects fees, do you increase the rental fee on other platforms by 5% or 8% etc. to #1 be sure you collect some tax relief from the renter, but #2, levelize the fees accross platforms for the customer searching multiple sites?
