That's prob my biggest worry is getting my dream plot lined up and not qualifying because we are "too far extended."  

Based on the ones I've received from a realtor friend on mls, i'm living in a dream world, but I think that might just be because they're on the mls...  

I really would like to get into real estate as it has always been my dream.

I'm new to the real Estate world and want to know is $2000 dollars enough to get started making money my credit sucks no credit cards and up to my eyelids in debt came across some money and wanted to invest in real estate want to be an  entrepreneur tired of working on someone else's dream want to work on my dreams  I'm in the Chicago land area and I'm a quick studie can any body help me learn I'm new and don't know nothing please help!!!

Wish I had more direct insight from experience, but being in your shoes right now, the best thing you can do is be persistent, follow your dreams and always continue to learn more each day!

Then I got married and had kids and now have an awesome 3 and 5 year old and my dream of flipping properties is now able to be a reality.
