We will be signing new contracts to cover all of us and we also realize we may have to compromise on those original contracts. 

Do not compromise, not a bit when you screen.

My guess is they compromise on a lower number to avoid further hurting unemployment.Tax Reform (further out after American Rescue Plan)- Replacing 401K deduction with a tax credit.

You will always be compromising when you hire cheap.

I do not compromise my standards to provide anyone a second chance when there are better applicants that are more deserving.There will always be desperate landlords or those with low standards that will rent to them.
