Competent Time-and-materials Rehab Contractor

Wilfred Khalik
Posted

I would like to know if anyone has had experience doing this in the San Francisco Bay Area and can recommend a contractor that won’t cost an arm and a leg.

Thanks.

    @Wilfred Khalik

    Time and material almost always costs more because the contractor has no reason to finish early

    If this is a one day project ok but anything that is larger in scope do not do as t&m
