Wholesalers get labelled as scammers, criminals, deviants and unethical and its people like you engaging in practices such as using fake POF that cause an entire group of people to be painted with one broad brush.

The other thing is to keep brush, grass and anything else away from your condenser (A/C).

You know what I mean, the nice tile counters instead of laminate, or the brushed nickel fixtures instead of chrome.

In fact, it's even less likely to apply in the Bay Area.The reason I don't care much for the 2% rule is because it paints the market with too broad of a brush.

However, since it's me that's doing the painting on trim, I brush-apply all trim paint, and a gallon goes a very, very, very long way in properly prepped and primed interior trim.Speaking of making white wall and trim paint go a long way, Kilz2 primer costs about $15 gallon and an undercoat of that will get a lot more performance out of whatever expensive paint you use, as well as guarantee better paint adhesion.

You can use some rough brush to "help" remove it, but the bleach should take care of most of it.

My iphone, other electronics, cosmetics and some clothing were damaged beyond repair.I informed my landlord of the damaged items the next day and he brushed it off.

Sorry for the rant, I do have thick skin and brush off those that act in such a manner without care.  

For you to paint such a broad brush, when you yourself don't seem to fully know what you're doing, says more about yourself than him.
