Do all FHA loan affiliated banks have same rate of closing costs (just ones related with loan)? 

We've used standard NJAR purchase contracts and struck through any mentions of broker affiliations and commissions.

I suggest you form an affiliate non-profit, separate entity.

My broker gave me the contact info for a RE/MAX affiliate here in Detroit but after a few calls and messages they don't seem to want to return my call so whatever other quality office you can recommend would be much appreciated.

. :)I too have a web design company, and like @Carlos Rovira, recommend you also look at Weebly (affiliate link), which I personally have found to be the easiest of the big three (WIX, Weebly, Squarespace) for non-technical entrepreneurs. 

To add we are affiliated with another well known company that has been the topic of discussion on this board that members have used for their funding services.

If you read their info, they tell you they are not affiliated with any of the local MLS systems.
