ACCESS TO THE MLS
Hello everyone. I am am aspiring investor and from what I have gathered you have to be a real estate agent in order to have full access to the MLS. I really just want to know if that is accurate. I tried to get on the website just to see what would happen and it gave me an option where I could pay $50 a month to access it. If I were to do that would it give me the same access that agents have? Or am I way off?
