The adults in your circle may have money that is sitting around earning very little in the bank.  

Often when parents charge their children rent they return the money to the adult child when they leave for them to buy  furniture, or have an emergency fund, etc. 

A redrafting of the easement seems to be in order, assuming everyone acts like adults.

A good many of the cyber-warrirs are young adults, who might be living in apt. complexes, when not doing a shift in this war.

If you're in the Midwest it may be a bit harder because everything is so cheap but if you're somewhere that's a bit more expensive there will be plenty of responsible adults looking to rent single rooms. 

I treat my tenants as the responsible adults that they are.

They are planning to move a few hours across the state  with family in a couple months from what I was told by another neighbor who talked to one of the adult kids.

Put them all at the dining room table, have them help each other, have them shout for an adult if they can't figure something out.  

However, any adult living in my units must have a complete screening completed the same as a person on a lease.

Tenant profile is young urban families with children, with often 2 working adults, and in corporate jobs.
