I'm going to talk to customer support with both companies again, but thought I'd check on any thoughts from those who might have had personal experience with either company or changing programs in general.

Check for down payment assistance programs.

I know there's CAD programs and so forth but on smaller projects ($50-$60k in rehab) are REI people hiring interior designers? 

So, I am in a position right now where I am looking to get into a rent to own program so I can move into my own home.

If it is a small town City that issnt aware of such programs by the state, you could bring them the information and present it to them and request the City pursue it for both yours and their benefit.

I went with RBC's lending program for Canadian investors in the US.

We are all programmed by robots and do not even know it…..

I'll definitely look into his program too!
