So I decided to check out a Rich Dad 3 day Seminar which was pretty cool and I got like 5 books out of it, but the Elite Training program was too expensive, although I'm sure it's wonderful information and resources.

Hi everyone,I moved to the USA 3 years ago from Singapore and am very interested in learning the ropes as much as I can.

I was just researching Rich Club and LU - any comparrison?

I am active duty in the US Air Force and have owned two rental properties in the Dayton, OH area since 2008.I first started learning real estate in 2007, shortly after attending various guru courses (namely Rich Dad/Wealth Intelligence Academy courses).

An excellent idea Jon of writing articles to write the chapters of a book.And to your point of enduring fundamentals, the book "Think and Grow Rich" remains an interesting read that exposes and embraces fundamentals that are applicable to all types of businesses.

At this point, I have joined my local real estate investing club (RICH Club Houston).

However, I feel I am house rich and cash poor and that's why I want to move into wholesaling.

And I'll tell you what: if we all work together to get the word out about BP, maybe we can lure potential great future real estate investors away from those gurus, who are getting rich feeding people half-information at best, and poor information at worst!
