I do think there is more value here however than dancing videos on TikTok at least ha.

I need to see what I can even get pre-approved for before talking about getting a fourplex ha-ha.

Since we won't be living nearby and the backyard is a hotspot for entertaining, I think it might make sense to spend a little money to know if/when guests really are being loud....or the neighbors are just vigilant, ha.

I have a tenant wjo hasnt paid rent in months, I offer to forgive back rent plus 2 free months ( wanted for her to ha e a house for Christmas and fistr month of the year) we sign a new agreement. she called said she could be out tomorrow in exchange for 600 dollars, I jumped and said sure.she called and said she s out now that she wanta the 600now  I said no, Im going to make sure everything  is clean and now she said, well I dont want yoi in the house till the end of the month.my question is do I have to wait till the end of the month or can I go in tomorrow?

So I'm thinking that you may have a high comp that your HA is using.
