Noise monitoring service for STR – is it worth it? which is best?

My property manager has been recommending I install a noise monitoring device with a 24/7 service.  Haven't had noise complaints yet but I also try to be good to my neighbors.  I'm doing research on 3 companies: NoiseAware, Roomonitor, Minut.  Wondering if anyone out there uses any of them and can share their experiences?

@Ilan M Aliphas Nah. They’re on vacation. Let them have fun. And ditch the PM :)
