On the one hand, some people think things are peaking here and that pricing will soften (or worse) and yet this article states that here we are in one of the last affordable markets.

Here In Chicago QB, we use Buildertrend, but actaully switching to Jobtread.There are specific payment softwares out there that link directly to quickbooks (we use melio). 

We even include a link to the IRS article that explains this.
