Here, prices are drastically lower than Naples, and ever better, STR's are actually encouraged by the city to strengthen their economic growth from tourism!

Another thing... when this economy turns downward, you can get hurt quick and hard (if you don't buy right)  because of the 2nd home buyers that will get spooked and the tourism industry will slow. 

There is no tourism here. 

Just network, deals are everywhere , This was the thought process I had in mind as well, I think the core benefits were the "developed for you" system that was laid out along with consistent inbound leads, a pre-setup CRM & the Franchise name.

Market Selection - Prioritize proximity to national parks, tourism destinations, mountain markets and markets that are less seasonal.

My numbers seem slightly optimistic (or maybe I'm getting pessimistic) at $6.3kI do think Dec & Jan are low months for St George (simply not enough tourism for all the airbnbs available), which would align better with me on using it during the cold months.Mesquite simply cash flows better.

The more rural counties have less diverse economies and rely heavily on tourism so the beach areas can be taxed heavily.

Obviously not anywhere close to cash flowing.Park City has tourism, but prices are extremely high and, again, oversupply is nuts.
