STR in Dickson, TN Thoughts

Hi Everyone, I have a 3bd, 2bt house in Dickson, TN about 40 miles west of downtown Nashville. I am wondering if anyone has any opinions about how well this location would be for a STR. There isn't much competition but I'm not sure if that is because we are too far out of Nashville. All thoughts are appreciated, thanks April.

@April Childers  That Tyson facility in Humbolt, my town was in the running for it.  Coffeyville Kansas.  If we had that new plant, I probably wouldn't be posting on here.  I'd be on a yacht hanging out with my other friends who would also be making a killing in this market if we had the Tyson plant.  But if it's any consolation, several of us that would have been on that yacht are going to Argentina next year on a hunting trip.
