My company pays for my rental car, gas, food, and lodging for the 8 more months that I will be working in CO; they only do this so long as I (at least on paper), LIVE more than 50 miles from where I work.

The more people there are the more traffic through the apartment the more damage to walls floor etc....I love leasing to people who have small familes i.e. mom dad one kid elderly couples etc....just some food for thought.
