Can I do write off on that income as business expenses?

Spectrum has raised their costs double and I was considering asking him to take care of  his own internet costs and finally,  How much of a notice is normally required, in writing?  

If I had to try and sum it up it would be: Form a corporate entity for asset protection; buy properties using leverage to maximize the use of your money; write off your expenses through your business  including depreciation, taxes, insurance, repairs, etc to maximize your tax deductions.  

Your realtor should have walked you through this prior to writing an offer for the property.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

I know I will be writing a prommisary note that I'll get notarized.

Use clear, sharp photos and write detailed ads.

Whatever you don't feel is correct, you can write the landlord and state that you disagree and why. 

If the seller will entertain it you write it into your offer - what you're willing to pay total, loan term, interest rate, down payment.
