I've started several LLCs myself and have given an LLC workshop at Babson College to MBAs where we started over 20 more LLCs.

It's considered an ACCESSORY, almost like a finished workshop, shed, etc.

(And one home built next door to the existing with the intent to turn the existing into a workshop.).

My name is Adrian, I'm 16 years old (17 in 2 months) I got interested in REI when I was reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and attended one of their free workshops, but as I have had much success earlier with searching the internet to get most information.

I am also a member of Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association and have attended a number of meetings and training workshops.

I have been trying to get some things in order while looking for a property. 1) Since I have not made a purchase yet, and don't foresee making one before the end of the year, will any of my expenses (such as training workshops, travel & lodging, office supplies, etc.) be deductible on my taxes?

I called for the free workshop, but they where full and would need to wait until June; Hence 1 1/2 years in.

I'm thinking that adding a a countertop, sink, stove/oven, and refrigerator on the wall of the Workshop and the Bathroom and then putting a island with some nice lighting overhead could make the space really nice.

So, interesting fact.. my attorney does workshops and educates business owners about the difference between LLC/Corporations/Sole Proprietor and she was saying that when you set up a company you need enough capital to start and you need to maintain capital or that it can appear that it is a "skeleton" account and not a real business account.

The work shops actually teach some decent information regarding credit and such.
