New Member from Indiana

[Nightingale Nantamu]

Hello,

My name is Nightingale Nantamu and I am from Indiana. I really do not have much experience in real estate but I have always had a strong desire to become a real estate investor. I would like to start by wholesaling and or flipping houses because I do not have much money. My experience includes a course for real estate agents/brokers. Although I completed the course I never took the State certification exam.  I am also a member of Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association and have attended a number of meetings and training workshops.
