But we don't because the market has decided the degree of safety that people want by pricing things such as airbags, ABS, traction control, etc. and let people decide what they want to pay for.When it comes to government action, we do not have a similar discipline of the market.

If you have less than 1,500 units and several years of experience it's hard to get much traction with this route.There are a lot of people, on BP and otherwise, that raise capital for syndication sponsors by joining the sponsor on the GP side and sharing in the fees and promote.
