This will limit you mostly to Spring, Conroe, and Tomball.My experience is that once the rents go significantly north of $2000, it's like pulling teeth to get them rented.

That's why I call it the REO Roulette, I can certainly find no rhyme of reason whatsoever on any particular house as to what it will sell for, other than those that are obviously priced to sell quick from the start and you know they'll go quick, probably with multiple offers and for over asking.As far as how "bad" I want this one, not bad at all!

At the time of this deal, I had our primary residence in San Diego, 2 auto loans, and the mortgage for our first rental all counting against me for the DTI calculation.My wife and I figured that we could put the second rental property in her name as she has no debt whatsoever.
