Wholesaling/REI Education Materials

Good evening Fellow Followers,

My name is Tunisia and I live in Ohio looking to start my real estate investing in wholesaling. I attended a few seminars that were very informative and intriguing, BUT.........After all that note taking, I still need guidance and education on the wholesaling process. Due to my insufficient funds from just graduating from college, I want to apply the right knowledge at the most favorable cost.

So, my question to you all is....What is the best or most known real estate investing books that I should be reading? Anyone know of any real estate investing experts that I should follow and/or purchase audio/home course study from?

I do read articles within Biggerpockets and CREOnline, but if anyone knows any other materials that will guide me with great education, it would be greatly appreciated if you dropped a name or book title hear.

I know you've read it on here before but this forum literally has any info you need. I spent 6 months studying different guru's and I was always left with questions. Not here.
