Most professional companies spray it on and charge about $250-$350 and only give a one year warranty.I have sprayed some but it is only a quick fix and will need to be done almost every 6-9 months.Suggest removing and starting over.

Not sure what kit they used (told me it was a few coats of spray for what it's worth) but it cost me only $580 for the tile alone :)
