We are doing a three day workshop starting tonight, special guest speaker JOHN LEIS, is going to be teaching no money down techniques, improving cashflow and building a legacy on Thursday and fri.

I was one of the speakers at the Sept 2015 meeting and there were over 150 people at the meeting.

I did one of those seminars and the speaker said to get 1 million dollar umbrella insurance.

The two speakers were the president of Latter & Blum and Dr Wade Ragas from UNO.

Was just curious to see if anyone has had any positive experiences or found any particular speakers, classes, programs, etc. to be particularly helpful.Thanks for your reply!

We can even invite @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin as our main speakers :) if the response is decent, I will look into a venue and let everyone know in a day or 2. 

How the meeting typically goes is a guest speaker speaks on a particular subject (usually voted on by the group) such as commercial investing, flipping, financing, etc.

It features George Ross, Donald Trump's advisor from the TV Show the Apprentice as the keynote speaker, along with a bunch of similar calibre speakers on the topic of raising capital.

You may even get into have a more experienced member as a guest speaker at your meetings from time to time to discuss different topics.
