Hi everyone, I'm definitely new at this game, and I'm looking forward to the future in real estate investing. I believe my next step is finding an Investor friendly FHA approved Lendor in my area of Nashville TN and surrounding areas,Can anyone help with this ?

Thank you.

@Kimberly Ocana You should contact REIN.org - Real Estate Investors Nashville - #REIN is a great place for you to start. The main monthly meeting is the 2nd Monday and there are numerous sub-group meetings during the month. I was one of the speakers at the Sept 2015 meeting and there were over 150 people at the meeting. Investors of all types and vendors of all types. Coincidentally, I pointed out that Antioch is one of the best places to invest in the entire #Nashville market because of the massive new development going on at the interstate exit.

Happy Investing
