If they could, they would turn everyone upside down and shake them until the pennies fell out of their pockets....Best thing anyone could do is move, I wish I had done it sooner....

VA loans are awesome and we need to to give vets a fair shake at getting properties.

I’m kinda old school ,and used to looking someone in the face ,shaking hands etc ,so I’m always on the lookout for scams.  

I know everyone's still weary of shaking hands but there's got to be like minded people out there looking for the same thing as I am right?

I was thinking I could likely set up an LLC and that essentially be the PM for the property and the tenant sign the lease through the LLC (aka PM entity) and not myself ... but I wasnt sure how that would shake out tax wise

The roaches eat the gel within a day or 2, and then in the middle of the night whole sloths of them come out shaking violently to their death in the middle of the floor.
