My kids are 8, 6, and 4 and when we are scouting properties/talking to tenants/etc they complain but I'm determined to expose them to the business.

If I do property scouting for an investor, how will I know if they close on the deal I referred to them or not?

Then I would scout competition, look at their prices, figure out what the yearly occupancy rate is there so you can properly forecast potential profits, and if all checks out, go for it!

They have crime and I find it far better than neighborhood scout.

You can scout for coaches as you network online & offline.

Look at Neighborhood Scout .com and City - Data .com to start learning about the individual communities in Mass 

U don't need license to do that.But my scouting is always on, and I can't execute until I'm financially secured.
