@Annette Hibbler The system works as good as its feed and how involved the local MLS is in that area.

The sprayer will feed the paint to the roller.My former painter sprayed indoors, but taped everything off and had another guy to back roll.

At a previous job, I had ran 7 projects at one time, am an engineer, had minimum 150 employees at any given time, my structure was 1 project engineer per site, 20-30 workers per site, 1 assistant PM under me to feed info and charts, and I barely made it.

At a certian point you will have enough mass that you wont need to promote your social media feed and people will line up to befirend you. 

If somebody tells you that you'll make $100K your first 6 months to a year, I would be extremely skeptical unless they're going to pay you a salary or will feed you deals.
