Last week seller's inspector found mold on the second floor ceiling (crawl space).

Realtor, Lender, Inspector, Appraiser, Contractor, Property manager/ leasing agent. 

If you are able to look at the comments from the inspectors I often find serious issues that need to be addressed.

I'm looking into either of these careers.  These both look like good careers.  Can anyone share their experiences?

I attended a panel discussion several years ago featuring four home inspectors from Cape Coral. 

Inspections are slow because the inspectors are swamped .

Well, it is really up to your county building inspector of what you have to do. 

Have an Inspector who you will work with regularly. 

Communication with different team members such as a realtor, inspector, lender, property manager, an insurance agent becomes overwhelming and difficult to keep a track of emails in an organized manner. every member may have their own portals (dotloop etc )  to keep a track of but it is not from an investor's perspective.

I have done my due diligence and have brought in an inspector as well as my contractor who quoted 75K in repair costs.
