@Marcus Maloney It has been said already, but you can never have enough details written about the "money" aspect of "bird dogging" which should encompass the potential for money earned and money spent (costs).Your idea to write this book on bird dogging is fantastic and it seems like a subject matter that doesn't have a lot written on it!

I went to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and then graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Construction Management.The degree was a fantastic learning experience.

If I was doing the flip it was a fantastic deal.

I feel like I've found a perfect place that fantastic buy and hold; however, the place is a foreclosure and it needs plenty of work.
