On taxes my 1/2 of the passive Texas/Oklahoma/Florida real estate fund made up of private placements & partnerships actually shows negative income because of all the passive losses.I make another $20-$50k off of a 2nd business I started in Oklahoma mining crypto which is very high return & high risk but going strong now for over 2 years.For now we have cut expenses to the bone couponing, cooking at home, price matching & using discounted gift cards,living in a garage loft & driving around a fuel efficient 12 year old car.Hoping to climb the ladder the next couple years & pass the $100k mark & then go way beyond that to $250.

Anyone have a tax planner that is well versed in both real estate AND crypto?

Mapping to the financial world we have private equity people, people speculating in currencies, value investors like WB, etc etc.

I don't consider a government's currency an "investment."

Between not being able to collect here in us on it so it’s essentially an unsecured loan, currency risk and market risk, there is a reason why even local banks charge very high ratesUs lenders if they are smart would be higher than local lenders not lower

It’s extremely hard to raise money for deals here in the us, then through in unknowns of currency risk and not understanding overseas markets by the investor and its pointlessFind a company overseas that invests In their back yard

Think of so many investors around the world who don't want to invest in their currency or country or companies.

Buy in USA into a flipping model and you could earn 50% or more but now you have currency risk, construction(crooked contractor) risks.
