Hello everyone, I´m new in this community, I will thank all your comments and advices.

I`m a realtor and financial consultant located in Cancun, Mexico. We offer mortgages to our clients from USA and Canada who want to buy a property in Mexico, as we work with local lenders, the interest rates are too high for them, so must of the clients don´t accept the deals. I´m looking for a lender in the US who can help us with loans for our clients, the guarantee can be the property itself and its rental income. The properties we sell are highly profitable and we are located in the second most visited tourist area in the world.
