I would have a garage sale sell what U can and give to charity in his name .. let folks have the rest for free.and send a letter to next of kin that that is what you plan to do and are doing.

I get more flexibility when several empty units with few prospects What I like is a company like ABB asking hosts to open their place free to others in need at little cost to themselves... as if somehow they're being charitableReminds me of the supermarket that lets you buy product and then put it into charity Baskets at checkout.

I use the Honeywell 9000 series WiFi thermostats to remotely change temperature settings.I would look up houses on Homeaway.Com that have bookings in the slow hot period and see what amenities they have that are attracting people and see if you could incorporate any of these into your property.Maybe you could also donate a summer week to a charity and use that as a tax deduction?

Bearing that in mind, I'd terminate their lease and find a nice spinster that quilts for charity to fill the unit.The more rentals you've had experience with, the greater the odds that you'll run into some sort of problem like this, its just a matter of time.
