That's also what was on the house that I grew up in but we had it covered over in the 1970''s.

We grew up near Cleveland, went to school near Dayton, and have friends/family in Columbus.

I grew up out in the valley and cut my teeth helping mi padre on a couple of fourplexes that way - I'd be glad to help you discern the local market out there. between the detached newer construction - to the more traditional 80's built stuff - there's a fair bit of variety there.

Part of that equation is that I grew up in the septic business and understand them extremely well.

Jacksonville/Wilmington. i grew up in jacksonville, lived in wilmington for 12 years or so now i live in NYC. ill be returning to the area in about 18 months though.
