How is property tax calculated, say for Collin County https://www.collincountytx.gov/tax_assessor/Documents/TaxRateHistory.pdfand for a $300,000 property?

As Fort Collins becomes less affordable for the median wage earner, it's an easy commute to there from Loveland and you've also got easy access to some of the best outdoor recreation areas like Rocky Mt.
