Anything you buy in Columbus will appreciate like crazy because of great macroeconomics - there's population growth, job growth, and companies like Intel, Google, Amazon, etc. moving and developing here.

It may take some searching to find one but inspectors who are associated with companies that build them or pump them will try to sell you their products.
