My Daughter was going away for college and i started with a Student rental. went out there to see the college saw this house for sale stopped at the realtor, went to see it and then put an offer on it, later on the seller signed the papers. that was 4 1/2 years ago. my daughter left there 2 years ago, but i still own it, plus others.

I’m a college student who works part time.

I have an applicant for my one-bedroom shared condo who lists his job as a property manager for a company that he owns.This property generally attracts college students and millennials just starting out.Why would a 50+ real estate professional want to rent from me?

What is everyone doing since the universities are trying to keep more students in campus housing?

I am a student at Rollins College in Winter Park.

As a state capitol, with OSU graduating 6000+ students a year and with the tax incentives offered that attract  and keep big business here, there is no shortage of need for multifamily housing.  

Each student receives around 39$ a day for housing.

You are right that I will make a big difference in student rentals. 

Unless you are receiving government subsidy, or are considered student housing and so forth, there seems to be good cause to assume that you can refuse pets that don't meet the guidelines.
