I am in search of others who have interest or who currently invest in the Susquehanna River Valley of central Pennsylvania. Property prices are low and rental rates ok. I have some doubt about the job market in the area and suspect a massive turnaround is not likely soon. Do most landlords rent Section8 here? What is everyone doing since the universities are trying to keep more students in campus housing? Thank you for any feedback. Jon
