I purchased sub2 a handful of times for fix-and-flip types of situations, where I was in and out of the deal in 3 months.  

I have a mixed bag of renters: some use no assistance, some are section 8 and some are non section 8 but have used some housing program assistance (such as deposit + 1st month of rent).

I think that's doable in the next month and half.    

Maybe down to once a month now. 

We also have a security deposit of one month’s rent.

Every month, property 2 has been paying most of the mortgage on that Property 1 home equity loan.
