Brand new construction 2016 non rent controlled.If you have any more questions or want to know more about the turnkey off market multi's in that area, I know a few developers that work that area so can be of assistance.

So, I’m wondering what I need to/can do as a brand new investor to really find a deal that fits within the Brrrr strategy at my price point and can get me started.

This would be a brand new HELOC and a new construction so no existing mortgage.

Hit it consistently, develop a brand & the money will roll in.

But I guess it's all about the cash flow, and that 10% Maintenance/CapEx reserve is probably blown on his own brand of fun.

I'm brand new to this business I'm about 45 days in to the business and just got my first deal accepted I'm going to flip it now my question is my brother has been remodeling bathrooms and kitchens laying tile basically anything that needs repairs he can do does anyone see how it can be a problem hiring him to do the work over finding contractors to do the work
