I know this isn't legal advice, but I wondered if anyone has been in this predicament....one of our tenants from 2011 recently died.

I am hoping that maybe someone can give me some advice or help with this situation.One of the reason's I am in this predicament is because I spent January thru September going thru eviction and not collecting any rent.

Moral of the story, shame on me for being so readily available and teaching bad habits.

Nothing more cruel than a fable without a moral at the end!

@Jan Morales It’s not difficult and most lenders do it.

If making money on the other hand creates moral issue for a investor due to collateral damage they would do well to stay out of business. 

As long as it doesn’t go against your moral value system, the work itself does not really matter because it is not your end game.

Morally & financially bankrupt political leadership, increasing taxes and continued net population outflows.

Moral of the story is if you want to make money in the Property Management space it needs to be a piece of a much larger pie that you are ready to pour millions into.

I will definitely be the first to admit, my wife and I have terrific jobs for our age and we have both had terrific family support, not so much monetary but more morally in that they are always ready to provide advice and relatable experience whether it aligns with what we want to hear or not.
