If they indicated on the TREC form that they never had an insurance claim, but they did have a claim six months ago, is that acceptable?

The 8% is not from my private guy that’s what I am pre approved for with 203k loan… my private guy is gonna do it for next to nothing maybe he will accept couple 1000 from me but he told me time and again he wants nothing if it is a short term.
