When you buy a REO or a short sale, the selling bank will typically insert a "no assignments" clause in the contract.

I was curious how many of you have property management agreements where the PM has inserted a clause saying they'll be paid a specified % of the sales price if sold during the term of the agreement.

This way the owner isn't having to insert themselves into the equation.

I'm not sure there is anything you could offer that would make me want to work with you if all your doing is inserting yourself into the contractor chain.
